Dilara Paralı

Dilara Paralı is a Legal Intern at POA Law Firm with a strong academic background and international experience across legal education, professional training, and cross-cultural programmes. She graduated from Yaşar University Faculty of Law in 2024 with a full scholarship. During her legal education, she studied at the University of Salzburg in 2022 under the Erasmus+ programme with full scholarship support. In 2023, she completed a fully funded Erasmus internship at a Turkish-German law firm in Hamburg, gaining practical exposure to an international legal working environment. Following her graduation, Dilara successfully passed the Legal Profession Entrance Examination (HMGS) with a score of 93 and is currently completing her legal internship with the Istanbul Bar Association. Throughout her academic and professional development, Dilara has gained experience in boutique and corporate law firms as well as the legal departments of internationally operating group companies. She has also participated in the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) Arbitration Competition, developing her knowledge of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. At POA Law Firm, Dilara supports the legal team across matters involving international and foreign clients, with particular interest in immigration and foreigners law, international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, and contract law. Dilara is also a sworn translator in Turkish and English, providing certified translations of legal and official documents.
